ūDū Games is not selling any products through this promotion.  There is no purchase necessary to win.  You need only subscribe to YouTube, and enter the sweepstakes at BuiltToImpress.com/uDu

Promotional Description

Promotion ends January 15, 2018 at 11:59pm CST.  Prizes are sponsored by BTi and FWB (Built To Impress LLC and FullWebBuilder­™).  The prize will be administered through YouTube and BTi's websites.  Please forward any questions, concerns, or other communications regarding this giveaway to [email protected].

Eligibility

Contest open to residents of the Continental United States, who are of at least 13 years of age.  Contestants of less than 18 years of age must obtain parental consent to claim prize.  Failure to provide parental consent may result in forfeiture of prize, which will then reopen the giveaway to all remaining contestants.

Contest is not open to Alaska nor Hawaii residents.  Contest is not open to countries other than the United States.  Contest is not open to individuals under the age of 13, nor to those under the age of 18 who have not obtained parental consent.  Contest is not open to employees, or family members, of Built To Impress LLC and its subsidiaries.

The Prize(s)

The Prize:  If, on or before January 15, 2018, ūDū Games' YouTube channel has a total of 100 subscribers, a prize of one Gaming/Studio-Communications syle stereo headset with microphone (likely a VersionTech G2000 stereo gaming illuminated headset, but no guarantee as to actual make & model) will be given away to one lucky subscriber.  See "How to Enter" for further details on how to become eligible.  Only the 1^st 100 subscribers to uDu Games’ YouTube Channel will be eligible for this prize.

Bonus Prize 1:  If, by January 15, 2018, ūDū Games' YouTube channel has a total of 125 subscribers, Bonus Prize 1 will be given to a subscriber.  Bonus Prize 1 is a recording studio style microphone kit (likely a TONOR Pro Condenser PC Microphone Kit, but no guarantee as to actual make & model).

Bonus Prize 2:  If, by January 15, 2018, ūDū Games' YouTube channel has a total of 150 subscribers or more, a bonus prize will be given to a referring subscriber.  Bonus Prize 3 is a $25.00 gaming card (Xbox, PlayStation, or STEAM) or iTunes gift card, left to the recipient's choice.

Bonus Prize 3: “Bonus Mega-Prize”  If, on or before January 15, 2018, ūDū Games' YouTube Channel has a total of 300 subscribers or more, a bonus prize will be given to a referring subscriber.  The Bonus Mega-Prize is a collection of all 3 prizes: One Gaming/Studio-Communications style stereo headset with microphone; One Recording Style PC Microphone Kit; and One $25.00 gaming/iTunes gift card.

How to Enter

To be entered into the ūDū Games' YouTube Channel Subscriber Goal Giveaway Sweepstakes, you need to do the following:

1.) Subscribe to the ūDū Games' YouTube Channel

2.) Go to www.BuiltToImpress.com/uDu and fill out the form “Enter Me for the Prize!”  To be entered for the bonus prizes, refer others to subscribe to the ūDū Games' YouTube Channel (who must subscribe), fill out the form "Enter Me for a Bonus Prize!"  Be sure your referrals identify you in the "Enter me for the Prize" section regarding "Help your friend win a bonus prize."  One entry is permitted for a bonus prize for every 1 subscriber you are responsible for and who successfully identifies you as the "referring subscriber" during his/her/their time of entry.

 Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen at random by an authorized ūDū Games YouTube Channel representative.  Winners will be chosen by January 30, 2018, or prior to same should the requirements for eligibility (speficially the ūDū Games' YouTube total subscriber requirement) already be established for each prize.

Odds of winning "The Prize" are One in One Hundred.

Odds of winning any bonus prize vary, as they are dependent on the total number of qualifying referring subscriber entries submitted and the total amount of entries by each of same.  The winning entry of a bonus prize will be removed from the random drawings of the remaining bonus prizes.

Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted between February 1, 2018 through March 1, 2018 via the email address submitted by the sweepstakes entrant on the registration form.  Purpose of email contact will be to obtain and confirm continental United States mailing address, confirmation of parental consent of prize awarded, and any details winner would like to share in the awards announcement.  Should winner notification email go without reply for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of notice being sent, prize will be forfeited by winner and a new winner will be chosen.

 Winner's List

Winners will be posted in a public comment on ūDū Games' YouTube Channel.  Only the YouTube user's name, City, and State will be announced, unless additional details are provided by winner with specific request to share same (Example: Shout-Out of winner’s website or place of business).  Winners will also be announced in a public video on ūDū Games' YouTube Channel regarding the awards.

 Privacy

Should you win, your YouTube name/channel, as well as your city, and state will be announced in both print and on a public YouTube video.  No other information will be shared.

No inforamtion submitted to www.BuiltToImpress.com/uDu will be used for any other purposes than this ūDū Games' YouTube Channel Subscriber Goal Giveaway sweepstakes.  Your information will not be sold to other companies for marketing purposes.  Your information will be deleted from all databases once the sweepstakes concludes and all prizes are successfully awarded.  Built To Impress LLC and ūDū Games' YouTube Channel is not liable for your privacy on YouTube.  Use of YouTube and subscription to ūDū Games' YouTube Channel is left to your sole discretion, and any information which can be obtained, ascertained or otherwise through your subscription to ūDū Games' YouTube Channel is your own liability.  Refusal to recognize and agree to this privacy term is subject to forfeiture or prize, and refund to Built To Impress LLC, as well as punitive damages to same, if dispute is brought by you regarding privacy issues discovered to be caused by your use of, or lack thereof, any social mediums.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of dissemination of the ūDū Games' YouTube Channel, and/or Built To Impress LLC, the ūDū Games' YouTube Channel Subscriber Goal Sweepstakes giveaway will become defunct.  No prizes will be awarded as no entities exist to award same.  No guarantee is made by Built To Impress LLC or ūDū Games regarding information shared by participants to YouTube and its subsidiaries.  Any sweepstakes participant who is discovered to have falsified entry information are subject to immediate forfeiture of entry, as same is deemed invalid, and exclusion of any future sweepstakes or other contests offered to the public by Built To Impress LLC and/or ūDū Games' YouTube Channel.

Built To Impress LLC and ūDū Games do not hold YouTube, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other social networks utilized to promote this sweepstakes liable in any way.  Entry into this sweepstakes acknowledges your agreement to all terms and conditions of any social networks you participate in and which you use to engage others regarding enrollment into this sweepstakes.

Additional Information / Definitions

A referring subscriber is defined as a subscriber to ūDū Games' YouTube channel, who has submitted the required sweepstakes information as described in the "How to Enter" section, and who has been identified and confirmed by another sweepstakes participant.  Eligible sweepstakes recipients for bonus prizes will be entered into a separate random drawing, and allowed one entry for each successful referred subscriber.

A referred subscriber is defined as a subscriber to ūDū Games' YouTube channel, who has registered for the sweepstakes and successfully identified his/her/their referring subscriber.

Successful identification of both referring and referred subscribers is accomplished by submitting the correct information at www.builttoimpress.com/uDu, and which an Authorized ūDū Games representative can verify.  Verification is accomplished through BTi contacting the identified referring party who must confirm the referred party who has identified him/her/them.

If you are at least 13 years of age, but below 18 years of age, be sure to have parent permission.  If your entry is chosen for a prize, same will be sent to your parent's mailing address under their name.  If your parent refuses to receive your prize, same is automatically forfeited and resubmitted for award to a qualified sweepstakes participant.  No exceptions.
